Inn Policies
- Rates are for two adults and include breakfast for two. A 10.5% room tax will be added to the rate. 10% discount for AAA, AARP and military.
- Check in is 4:00pm. Please notify us by phone should you want early arrival or if you will be coming after 7:00pm at 541-265-3888.
- Check out time is 11 am.
- Important Cancellation Information: Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with the innkeepers by phone at 541-265-3888. Email, voice mail or faxed cancellations are not accepted. You may cancel a reservation at our Inn up until 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation, unless we are able to rebook your room for the duration of your intended stay. If we are unable to rebook the room, you will be issued a gift certificate for the amount charged. You may use the certificate to book a stay with us within one year from the date on the certificate.
- Children may stay at the inn if they are 12 yrs. or older.
- We are able to accommodate a third guest in your room for a $50.00 charge for third person occupancy. This fee includes breakfast for the extra guest. The Cottage & SeaRose each have a twin sized hide-a-bed. Other rooms can accomodate a third person on a twin sized inflatable bed.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Breakfast is served at 9 am. Coffee will be ready by 7:00 am. Please inform us of allergies or special requests.
- TV/DVD players are available on request for watching movies. There is no TV broadcast available.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the designated area at least 10 feet from entry doors as required by Oregon state law.
The following holidays and special events may require a minimum of 2 nights:
- Newport Seafood & Wine Festival in February
- 4th of July
- Thanksgiving
Our inn is closed for the the Christmas holiday so our employees may enjoy time with their families.
